The specified Non-Profit Organization Helping Children in the Holy Land (referred as “this organization”) recognizes that it is our social responsibility to ensure the protection of personal information. In addition, we will strive to handle personal information properly based on the following basic policy.

“Personal Information” handled by this organization means that information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth and other descriptions contained in the information. This has the meaning stipulated in each item in the Article 2 of the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information Protection Act”).
Acquisition and use of Personal Information
When acquiring personal information, we will clarify the purpose of use and use personal information only within the scope of the purpose.
Management and protection of Personal Information
We will strictly manage personal information and will not disclose or provide data to third parties unless we have your consent or stipulated by law. We will implement security control measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information. In addition, we will establish and implement preventive measures against the occurrence of problems, and in the unlikely event that a problem does occur, we will promptly take corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
Disclosure, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information
We will promptly respond to requests from the owners of personal information which has been disclosed, regarding the notification of correction, deletion, etc.
